黄芪联合HAART治疗艾滋病后CD4^+T淋巴细胞的变化

摘　　要：目的观察黄芪联合HAART治疗艾滋病患者CD4+T淋巴细胞的变化动态。方法收集62例艾滋病患者分为黄芪联合HAART治疗组30例和常规HAART治疗组32例,各治疗24周,观察两组患者在治疗前及治疗后第1、3、6个月时外周血中CD4+T淋巴细胞的动态变化。结果经1、3、6个月治疗后两组CD+4T淋巴细胞均有不同程度提高,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间比较,经3、6个月治疗后黄芪联合HAART治疗CD4+T淋巴细胞明显高于常规HAART治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论较单纯HARRT治疗而言,黄芪联合HAART治疗能更有效提高CD4+T淋巴细胞数量,增强艾滋病患者免疫力。Objective To observe the changes of CD4＋T lymphocytes in AIDS patients after treated with astragalus and HAART.Methods The 62 AIDS patients were divided into HAART group（32 cases） simply treated with HAART and astragalus plus HAART group（30 cases） treated with astragalus in combination with HAART,all for a course of 24 weeks.The changes of CD4＋T lymphocytes were observed before treatment,1,3 and 6 months after treatment.Results After 1,3 and 6 months of treatment,the CD4＋T lymphocytes counts were improved significantly in both groups（P0.05）.The CD4＋T lymphocytes counts in astragalus plus HAART group were higher than the HAART group（P0.05）.Conclusion Astragalus can increase the number of CD4＋ cells,enhance the immunity of AIDS patients.
