摘 要:目的获得双流县结核分枝杆菌耐药动态数据。方法对双流县2008-07-01/2009-06-30分离得到的结核分枝杆菌,采用比例法进行H(异烟肼)、R(利福平)、S(链霉素)、E(乙胺酊醇)4种抗结核药物的耐药性检测。结果共分离得到284株分枝杆菌,总体耐药率32.04%,其中初始耐药率29.88%,获得性耐药率48.48%;耐多药结核病(MDR-TB)耐药率3.52%,初始MDR耐药率1.76%,获得性MDR耐药率15.15%。结论双流县流行的结核分枝杆菌耐药比例较低,特别是初治患者的MDR耐药率较低。Objective To Obtain the dynamic data about the drug resistance of mycobacterium tuberculosis in Shuangliu county. Method The mycobacterium tuberculosis isolated from patients with tuberculosis from July 1st, 2008 to June 30th, 2009 were detected by test of drug resistance with isoniazid, rifampicin, streptomycin and ethambutol. Proportion method was adopted for the detection. Results Totally 248 isolates of mycobacterium tuberculosis were detected, the total rate of drug resistance was 32. 04 %, the rate of drug resistance of MDR was 3.52% rate of initial drug resistance was 29.88%, and the rate of initial drug resistance of MDR was 1.76% ; the rate of acquired drug resistance was 48.48%, and the rate of acquired drug resistance of MDR was 15.15%. Conclusion The proportion of drug resistance of mycobacterium tuberculosis in Shuangliu county was low, especially the rate of drug resistance of MDR among the patients with initial cure was low.
