摘 要:煤层气开采过程会排出大量的伴生水,其出水具有盐度高、水量大的特点。采用UF-RO工艺对产出水进行规模化处理,运行结果表明:处理系统稳定,COD去除率达81.58%、NH3-N、Cl-和TDS的去除率分别为85.44%、96.99%和97.61%,Fe和Mn基本去除,SS未检出。处理后出水水质达《煤炭工业污染物排放标准》和《生活杂用水水质标准》,可作为当地居民生活杂用水。A large amount of produced water is always generated during the coalbed methane production. The eoalbed methane produced water features high salinity and large volumes. UF - RO membranes are used to treat coalbed methane produced water. The results show that the whole treatment system runs well, the removal rates of COD, NH3-N, C1- and TDS are as high as 81.58% , 85.44% , 96.99% and 97.61% respectively, and the removal rates of Fe and Mn are almost 100%. There is no SS detected in permeate water. The treated produced water could meet "Emission Standard for Pollutants from Coal Industry" and "Water Standard for Daily Used Water", and could be used for the daily used water in the local area.
