摘　　要：高校组织结构是否和谐合理,直接影响着组织功能的发挥。和谐与失谐是高校组织结构的两种现实状态,分化与整合是其内在动因。只有实现高校组织结构的网络化、去行政化、人本化和弹性化,才能促进高校组织结构的和谐发展。Whether the organization structure is harmonious and reasonable or not,affects the organization structure function of higher education institution directly.Harmony or in-harmony of the organization structure is the real status of higher education organization,while the contradictory movement of disintegration or integration is their internal drive.It argues that only net-based working,de-administration,human priority and flexibility in organization structure can prompt its harmonious development.
