摘　　要：高校教师合作是教师自愿组织起来,就共同感兴趣的学术问题平等协商、共同研讨,依靠集体智慧寻求解决办法,进而提高教师学术水平,促进其专业发展的行动方式。高校教师合作具有目的性、自愿性、平等性与共享性等特点,并具有知识共享性的本体论依据、真理多维性的认识论依据及人的有限性的人性论依据。但由于教师行为的个人主义、学科组织的派别主义及教师考核的功利主义,目前高校教师合作中存在着被动、虚假及流于形式的问题。为此,应增强高校教师的合作愿景、提升合作理念、搭建合作平台、提升合作水平、提供合作保障、营造合作氛围,以有效地加强高校教师合作。Faculty cooperation is an action mode by which faculty organize voluntarily,consult equally,discuss jointly,put together collective wisdom,and seek solution to academic problems appealing their interests.Faculty cooperation could improve faculty＇s academic level and promote their professional development,which is of purposiveness,voluntary,equality,and sharing.Faculty cooperation has the ontological basis of knowledge sharing,the epistemology basis of truth multidimensional and the anthroposophy basis of human limitation.However,the individualism of faculty behavior,the faction of discipline organization and the utilitarianism of faculty evaluation,lead the existence form of faculty cooperation into passive and false status.Then establishing the cooperative vision,promoting cooperation concept,building cooperation platform,ascending cooperation level,providing cooperation security and creating cooperation atmosphere,are the effective measures to strengthen faculty cooperation.
