摘 要:以五山丰占、华航油占、原两优、谷优等4个水稻(Oryza sativa L.)品种幼苗为材料,采用质量分数20%的聚乙二醇4000(Polyethylene Glycol 4000,PEG-4000)对其进行模拟干旱处理,并对处理后水稻幼苗的根长、株高、叶绿素和丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)含量进行了测定,以研究PEG干旱胁迫对不同水稻品种生长和生理特性的影响.结果表明,不同水稻品种经质量分数20%的PEG-4000处理后,其株高和根系生长均受到不同程度的抑制,水稻幼苗鲜质量和体内所含的自由水下降,叶片叶绿素含量降低,MDA含量增加.The effect of polyethylene glycol (PEG) of different rice varieties was studied by using the stress on the growth and physiological characteristics seedlings of four rice varieties (Wu-shan-feng-zhan, Hua-hang-you-zhan, Yuan-er-you and Gu-you) as materials. The root length, fresh height, chloro- phyll and malondialdehyde (MDA) content of the different rice seedlings after simulated drought stress treatment with 20% PEG-4000 were determined. The resuhs showed that the plant height and root growth of different rice varieties was inhibited to a certain extent. The fresh mass and free water content were decreased. The chlorophyll content were lowered and MDA content were increased after the treatment with 20% PEG-4000.
