摘　　要：目的对介入放射诊疗的主要辐射剂量特性进行检测和验证,为全面研究辐射剂量特性及正确实施辐射防护奠定基础。方法使用血管造影仪模拟各种诊疗条件布点,用热释光剂量仪检测介入诊疗的水平和垂直辐射场、工作人员体表辐射剂量分布和不同介入手术中工作人员所受的辐射剂量。结果得到预设条件的辐射剂量检测数据,由此分析辐射特性及原因。结论本文检测出的辐射剂量数据和特性分析,可以为辐射防护提供研究依据。Objective Test and certificate the main radiation dose characters in the interventional radiological treatments,make the base for studying the characters in the round,making the radiation protections correctly.Methods Make the test point by simulating the kinds of interventional radiology treatment,test the horizontal and vertical plat radiology field,test the body radiation distribution of the staff,test the radiation dose of the staff in different treatment.Results Obtain the test data under the condition preinstall,analysis the radiation characters and the reasons.Conclusion The radiology dose data and the character analysis can be the base of study in radiology protections in hospital.
