摘　　要：本文针对我院的工作需要,利用Powerbuilder 11.0和SQL Anywhere 10数据库开发了医护技能考核系统,实现了医护业务能力的量化管理。系统具有对考核成绩建档管理等功能,有较强的实用性。This paper implements doctors and nurses skills assessment system using Powerbuilder and SQL Anywhere10 database based on the demand of hospital working.It realizes quantization management of doctors and nurses skills,and can make files of the results,so this is valuable in practice.
