高频彩色多普勒超声对急诊小儿肠套叠的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对急诊小儿肠套叠的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析79例急诊经高频彩色多普勒超声检查、后通过空气灌肠复位或手术确诊的肠套叠患儿病例。结果 79例肠套叠患儿治疗前均行超声检查,其中,超声诊断77例、漏诊2例,诊断符合率为97.47%。结论高频彩色多普勒超声对小儿肠套叠诊断准确率高、特异性强,可为临床医生诊治急诊小儿肠套叠提供较可靠的诊断依据,并选择合适的治疗方式。Objective To investigate the value of high frequency ultrasound and color doppler flow imaging in diagnosis of children intussusception in emergency.Methods 79 patients confirmed in the emergency by high frequency ultrasound and color doppler flow imaging were retrospectively analyzed.Results 79 cases with intussusceptions were finally confirmed by air enema or operation.ultrasound detected 77 cases,2 cases of missed diagnosis,ultrasound detection rate was 97.47%.Conclusion The high frequency ultrasound and color doppler flow imaging is the highly accuracy rate and powerful specificity in diagnosis of children intussusceptions.The high frequency ultrasound and color doppler flow imaging can provide diagnostic studies and therapy mode to clinicians in emergency.
