常规与动态心电图诊断无症状心肌缺血的相关分析

摘　　要：目的分析常规和动态心电图对诊断无症状心肌缺血的意义。方法选取我院冠心病患者136例,随机分为观察组和对照组各68例,观察组运用动态心电图,对照组运用常规心电图诊断。结果观察组检测出SMI 59例,对照组检测出47例。对比结果具有统计学意义。结论动态心电图在对无症状的心肌缺血的诊断具有绝对的临床指导意义,值得临床推广使用。Objective Conventional and dynamic ecg analysis in the diagnosis of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia significance. Methods The patients with coronary artery disease 136 cases were randomly divided into trial group and control group the observation group 68 examples, using dynamic electrocardiogram （ecg）, and the control group using long valley electrocardiogram diagnosis. Results The observation group to detect the SMI 59 cases and control 47 cases were detected. Results contrast with statistical significance. Conclusion The dynamic ecg in for asymptomatic myocardial ischemia diagnosis has absolute clinical significance, and promote the use of clinical.
