摘  要:研究超压气球的球体设计问题,要求实现长时间飞行维持稳定高度。针对超压气球球体完全封闭并具有较大的压差、应力情况复杂、传统的零压气球的设计方法不适用的情况,提出从任务输入、推导压差、初定体积、应力计算到确定参数的设计流程。在选定球体外形的基础上,针对不同球体结构进行应力分析,利用Matlab开发了超压气球球体设计仿真分析软件,并使用Abaqus结构分析软件验证算例结果。推导出了超压气球球体设计的一系列原理公式,并给出了带有用户界面的设计软件的编程思路和算例结果。经检验整套设计方法正确,编写的软件可以为球体设计提供依据。Methods of superpressure balloon design are discussed.Superpressure balloon is enclosed with a considerable differential pressure,and determinations of the stress and parameters are more complex than zero pressure balloons and traditional design methods are not suited.The process was designed based on identifying inputs,and differential pressure,volume and stress were calculated to determin parameters.Based on a certain shape,theoretical analyses of stress were carried out.Matlab was introduced for programming and designing GUI interface,and the results were checked using Abaqus.Design methods and formulas were acquired,and an example was given.The design and the Matlab programming methods are basically right after calibration and can be used for preliminary design work.
