摘　　要：通过昆虫病原斯氏线虫属的5个品系和异小杆线虫的1个品系对皱鞘双条杉天牛的室内外试验,筛选出异小杆线虫泰山1号为最佳品系,SteinernemafeltiaeBeijing和S.feltiaeMexicam2个品系次之,林间防治选用每头害虫1000条线虫剂量,采用注射法或塑料海绵塞孔法防治效果均可达73.91%以上.Experiment on usage five strains of teinernema and one strain of Iieterorhabditis to control Semanous bifasciatus sinoiauster Gressitt were conducted The Heterirhabditis Taishan No 1 strain was selected to be the best one, the S f Beijine and S f Mexican strains were second In the forest, the dosage used is 1 000 nematode/insect to control the pest by the method of using injection or plastic sponge Plug is the best control method Its mortality could reach over 73 91%
