浅析我院抗茵药物使用手册的制定、实施和成效

摘　　要：目的：加强我院抗菌药物临床应用管理，促进我院抗茵药物的合理使用，有效遏制细菌耐药，合理控制抗菌药物使用率和使用强度，保证医疗质量和医疗安全。方法：制定我院“抗茵药物使用手册”；实施中采取行政干预，对医务人员进行抗茵药物管理相关制度和技术规范培训，审核医师给药方案，对处方进行定期抽查、用药督导，根据反馈结果采取改进措施等。结果：提高了抗茵药物临床合理应用水平，降低了抗茵药物的应用比例，减少超广谱耐药茵株的产生及院内感染，保障患者合法权益和用药安全。结论：我院“抗菌药物使用手册”的制定、实施，对提高医疗质量、减少耐药菌株的产生起到重要作用，对推动我院抗茵药物临床合理应用起到积极的作用，取得了确切的成效。objective： Strengthen management of antimicrobial drug clinical using, promoting logical using of antimicrobial drugs in our hospital, containment bacterial resistance, reasonable controlling utilization rate and strength of antimicrobial drugs, to ensure the quality and security of medical treatment. Methods ： Formulation manuals of rationally using antimicrobial agents, adopting administrative intervention, training for medical man on antimicrobial drug management system and the technical specification, auditing dosage regimen, regularly examining prescription, supervising drug administration, taking improvement measures based on feedback from the result etc. Results： Improving rational use lever of antimierobial drugs,reduce the percentage of using antimicrobial drugs. Decreasing inci- dence rate of bacterial resistance and hospital infection. Guaranteeing patients lawful rights and safety of medication use. Conclusion ： The formulation and implementation manuals of rationally using antimicrobial drugs, it plays an important role in improving medical quality and decreasing incidence rate of bacterial resistance, and taking an active role for promoting antimicrobial drugs the rational application, and obtaining exact results in our hospital.
