摘　　要：中国海派经济论坛第９ 次研讨会，对新中国５０ 年的经济绩效与制度演进进行了评述，并提出了一些有利于中国社会主义经济发展的新见解。In the ninth meeting of 'the Economic Forum of Shanghai School', the economic performance and institutional evolution in the past 50 years since the creation of New China are evaluated comprehensively and objectively, and some new insights facilitating the development of China's socialist economy are proposed.
