摘　　要：元语用话语反映语言使用者对交际的自我调节意识。机构性会话冲突中的元语用话语具有独特特征。基于语料,本文总结和分析机构性会话冲突中的元语用话语的主要类型及其语用调节功能。研究发现,元语用话语作为语境线索语激活特定的语境因素,对交际内容、人际关系、交际期待进行适当性语用调节,旨在降低交际中的对抗性,对交际顺利进行、任务完成、目的实现有积极作用。Metapragmatic utterances （MPUs） reflect the speaker＇ s awareness of self-monitoring in the interactions. The MPUs used in institutional conversational conflict demonstrate their uniqueness. On the basis of the data at hand, this paper classifies the main types of MPUs used in institutional conversational conflict and analyzes their positive pragmatic functions. It suggests that these utterances serving as contextualization cues can trigger specific pragma-cognitive conditions to regulate the informa- tion, interpersonal relationship and expectations, which leads to the reduction of confrontation in the interactions. Consequently, the communicative goals and needs can be achieved smoothly.
