化浊解毒方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎胃癌前病变浊毒内蕴证患者119例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察化浊解毒方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎胃癌前病变浊毒内蕴证患者的临床疗效。方法将229例患者随机分为治疗组119例和对照组110例。治疗组给予化浊解毒方,每日1剂。对照组给予胃复春片,每次4片,每日3次,饭前服用。两组均以3个月为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后胃镜像、血红蛋白及血液流变学改变。结果治疗组总有效率90.76%,对照组65.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组胃镜像改善、血红蛋白升高均优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组均能改善血流变指标,两组治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化浊解毒方能改善患者全血黏度、血浆黏度及贫血并促进胃黏膜的修复,临床疗效确切。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Huazhuo Jiedu Formula （Formula for dissolving turbidity and removing toxic substances） on the preeancerosis of chronic atrophic gastritis with the syndrome of accumulation of turbidity and toxicity. Methods Totally 229 selected patients were randomized into treatment group, 119 cases, and control group, 110 cases. The treatment group was administered Huazhuo Jiedu Formula, one dose per day, and the control group was prescribed Weifuehun Tablets （Tablets for gastric diseases with the function to strengthen the spleen, reinforce qi circulation, activate blood circulation, and remove toxin）, 4 tablets each time, 3 times a day, oral taking before meals. Three months as one course, two courses in all. Therapeutic effect, changes of hemoglobin, blood rheology, and the changes in gastroscopy of both groups were observed. Results The total effect of the treatment group and the control group was 90.76Y0 and 65.45% respectively, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. The treatment group was superior to the control group in gastroscope improvement, and hemoglobin changes, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. In both groups, the indices of blood theology were all improved, and the comparison of before and after treatment showed statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Huazhuo Jiedu Formula could improve anemia to promote the repair of gastric mucosa, and the therapeutic effect is definite.
