摘 要:目的研究CT定位围针法治疗中风后神经功能缺损的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,治疗组以CT所示病灶在同侧头皮垂直投射区的周边进行围针治疗,对照组采用传统针刺病灶侧头皮言语区(言语一、二、三区)、运动区(顶颞前斜线)、感觉区(顶颞后斜线)的方法治疗。两组均每天治疗1次,15天为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。分别于治疗前、治疗后15天、30天,对两组患者主要临床神经功能缺损程度进行评分并观察临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率94%,对照组总有效率76%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后15天、30天两组患者主要临床神经功能缺损程度评分均较治疗前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗后30天和治疗后15天比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗后同时间点比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 CT定位围针法对中风后神经功能缺损患者疗效肯定,且优于传统头针。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of CT-aided enclosure needling on the defect of neural function after stroke. Methods One hundred cases were randomized into treatment group and control group with 50 in each. The treatment group was treated with the enclosure needling at the vertical projection area of scalp on the same side of focus shown by CT, while the control group was treated with the traditional needling at the speech area Ⅰ ,Ⅱ , and Ⅲ, motor area (parietotempo- ral anterior oblique line), and sensory area (parietotemporal posterior oblique line) of scalp on the focus side. The treatment was given once daily, 15 days as one course, two courses in all. The degrees of the defect of main neural function of both groups were scored before treatment, 15 and 30 clays after treatment respectively to evaluate the effect. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94 % and that of the control group 76 %, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01). The scores of the defect of main neural function of both groups were significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01). The comparison of 30 and 15 days after treatment of the two groups showed statistical difference (P〈0. 01). And the difference in the comparison of the same time point of the two groups after treatment was statistically significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion The CT-aided enclosure needling in the treatment of the defect of neural function after stroke is good in effect and better than the traditional scalp acupuncture in result.
