摘　　要：分析高校图书馆数字资源采购模式和流程,认为数字资源采购过程中的6大差距是数字资源采购质量问题产生的原因。提出解决数字资源采购质量问题的9项措施,如把握用户信息需求,明确数字馆藏发展政策,健全数字资源评估体系等,着眼于数字资源建设全流程提高数字资源的采购质量。The acquisition model and process of digital resources are analyzed. The problems on acquisition quality of digital resources are caused by six gaps generated in the process of digital resource acquisition. Nine measures are proposed in order to solve the proble,ns of digital resources acquisition quality, focusing on the whole process of digital resources development,such as understanding the users＇ requirement and digital resource development policy and so on.
