射波刀分割治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的护理

摘　　要：总结了射波刀分割治疗48例晚期非小细胞肺癌的护理。探讨了金标植入、肿瘤定位、射波刀治疗的健康教育,并发症的观察等。本组所有患者治疗耐受性良好,治疗后有3例合并1～2级放射性肺炎,1例3级放射性肺炎,2例出现气胸,2例出现少量血性痰液,12例出现纳差、伴有恶心,对这些患者给予对症处理,取得良好效果。This paper summarizes the nursing care of 48 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer treated by CyberKnife radiosurgery. The key points in nursing were health education about the implantation of a gold fiducial markers, tumor localization,and CyberKnife treatment,and the observation of complications. All the patients underwent the radiosurgery successfully. Grade Ⅰ to Ⅱ radiation pneumonia,grade Ⅲ radiation pneumonia,pneumothorax,small amount of bloody sputum,and anorexia ＆ nausea occurred in 3 cases,1 case,2 cases,2 cases and 12 cases,respectively. The symptoms were relieved after targeted treatment.
