摘  要:采用固相烧结法制备了BaO-La2O3-nTiO2(n=3,4,5和6,BLT)微波介质陶瓷。研究了TiO2含量以及添加Bi2O3和SrTiO3对所制BLT陶瓷的微观结构及介电性能的影响。结果表明:当n=4时,BLT陶瓷晶体结构致密。当n=5并添加Bi2O3和SrTiO3进行改性,所制BLT陶瓷的相对介电常数εr从93增大到210,介质损耗tanδ从2.5减小到1.2,电容温度系数αc向负方向移动。The BaO-La2O3-nTiO2(n= 3, 4, 5 and 6, BLT) microwave dielectric ceramics were prepared by the solid state reaction method. The effects of the content of TiO2 as well as adding Bi2O3 and SrTiO3 on the microstructure and dielectric properties of the prepared BLT ceramics were studied. The results show that the crystal structure of prepared BLT ceramic is dense at n=4. The relative permittivity of BLT ceramics increases from 93 to 210, dielectric loss decreases from 2.5 to 1.2, and the temperature coefficient of capacitance (ac) moves towards the negative direction at n=5 by adding the Bi2O3 and SrTiO3.
