摘 要:针对C4ISR系统作效能评估的复杂性,借鉴云理论的原理,提出基于云理论的C4ISR系统作战效能评估模型。在描述云理论评估步骤和建立评价指标体系的基础上,通过求各指标的云模型表征及各指标参数的权重,用加权偏离度衡量系统与理想状态的偏离量,采用包含一维云发生器的改进型云模型实现了C4ISR系统作战效能评估。实例证明此方法能较好地融合主客观信息,有效的集成了模糊性和随机性,简单易行,可操作性强,为C4ISR系统作战效能评估提供了一种有效方法。Aiming at the complexity of effectiveness evaluation for C4ISR system and consulting the interrelated principles of cloud theory, a combat effectiveness evaluation model of C4ISR system was established based on cloud theory. With the basic of describing each cloud model and index parameters, through calculating the weighting and the cloud model token of each index, θ was used to weigh the deflection degree between the system and perfect state, and effectiveness evaluation of C4ISR system was realized with improved cloud model containing one-dimension cloud generation. The process is of feasible and simple, strong operability proved by instances, can integrate the fuzzy ability with random to construct the mapping of qualitative and ration, and offers useful reference for effectiveness evaluation of similar C4ISR system.
