名中医学术思想传承方法分析

摘　　要：目的:分析国内名中医学术思想传承研究的现状,为今后深入研究提供基础。方法:以文献计量法,对2005—2010年中国生物医学文献光盘数据库、维普期刊数据库收录的国内与名中医医术、医理、医道传承相关文献为对象,从研究目标、研究方法、研究内容等方面对所筛选的363篇文献进行内容分析,并提取其核心内容。结果:从2005年到2010年,名医传承研究以叙述性研究为主,主要为单一医家医术纵向传承研究,对于名医传承研究方法、中医师承教育模式的探索研究较少。结论:本研究结果在一定程度上提示了国内名中医学术思想传承研究现状,为了进一步有效地挖掘整理、传承创新名中医学术思想内涵,提升中医教育水平提供了理论基础,对传承方法的研究、多层面组织与实施工作成为名中医学术思想研究中的关键环节。Objective：This study will provide a basis for a future in-depth one by analyzing the internal present situation on inheritance of academic thoughts of the famous TCM doctors. Methods ： We analyzed the 363 articles in the aspect of the famous TCM doctors＇ medical skills, medical thought, medical knowledge from Chinese Biomedical Literature Database CD-ROM, VIP Journals Indexed, 2005-2010, in the way of bibliometrie approach. Results ： From 2005 to 2010, the major method of inheritance is descriptive research-based heritage study, mainly as a single vertical transmission.It is still lack of exploration and study on inheritance methods and education models. Conclusion ： Research on the methods of inheritance, multi-level inherits play important roles in inheritance of academic thoughts of the famous TCM doctors more effectively.
