摘　　要：目的:总结周宝宽主任医师辨证论治过敏性紫癜经验。方法:以医案形式阐述过敏性紫癜病因病机、证型、治法、方药。结果:病因病机主要为禀赋不耐,外感毒热,热毒发斑;禀赋不足,外感风热,风热伤营;素体阴虚,虚火内动,热迫血行;素体脾虚,脾不统血,血溢脉外。治法为疏风清热,凉血止血,解毒消斑,滋阴清热,健脾摄血等。常用方药为犀角地黄汤、银翘散、六味地黄汤、归脾汤。结论:辨证论治过敏性紫癜有较好疗效。Objective ： To summarize syndrome differentiation and treatment experience of anaphylactoid purpura in clinic. Methods ： Discuss etiopathogenisis, pathogenesis, pattern of syndrome, method of treatment, formulas and medicinals based on medical records. Results：Etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis are natural endowment weakness, diseases caused by toxin and heat, maculae caused by toxic heat; constitutional insufficiency, affection of exogenous wind-heat, wind-heat injury nutrient;peacetime yin asthenia, deficient fire interior moving, heat distressing blood moving; peacetime splenic asthenia, spleen failing to control blood, blood oozing from arteries and veins. Treatment principles of anaphylactoid purpura are expelling wind and heat, cooling blood to stop bleeding, disintoxicating and removing ecchymoses, eliminaling heat and nourishing yin, invigorate the spleen and controlling blood, etc. Formulas for anaphylactoid purpnra are Comus Rhinoceri and Rehmanniae Decoction, Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder, Rehmanniae Decoction of Six Ingredients, Decoction for Invigorating the Spleen. Conclusions：Syndrome differentiation and treatment shows a better therapeutic effect for anaphylactoid purpura.
