摘　　要：慢性肾脏病是临床难治性进展性疾病之一,为各种慢性肾实质疾病的基础上缓慢出现肾功能减退而至衰竭的一种病症。中医药在治疗慢性肾脏病方面有着广泛的应用,具有独特的临床优势,但在长期的临床应用中,中医中药的临床应用安全性也越来越受到重视。文章列举了肾科常用中药,从其功效、药理及肝毒性等方面作出简要的介绍,为临床合理用药提供参考。Chronic kidney disease is one of clinical refractory progressive disease,which onset is based on a variety of chronic renal parenchymal diseases. Chinese medicine in treatment of chronic kidney disease has a wide range of applications,but in the long-term clinical applications, the safety has been paid more and more attention.This article listed the commonly used traditional Chinese medicine, and introduced the effects, liver toxicity and other pharmacological effects, providing a reference for the clinical use of drugs.
