加味解毒生肌膏治疗糖尿病足部溃疡临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味解毒生肌膏外敷治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:将60例糖尿病足患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,两组基础治疗相同,治疗组局部外敷加味解毒生肌膏纱条,对照组局部外敷普通胰岛素加敏感抗生素纱条。结果:治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为73.3%和93.3%,对照组分别为23.3%和66.7%,两组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗时间上,治疗组30例患者基本在30天内有效,而对照组在观察90天后也只有20例有效。结论:加味解毒生肌膏可提高糖尿病足治疗的治愈率和总有效率,加味解毒生肌膏可缩短糖尿病足的治疗时间。Objective：To investigate the myogenic Plaster Modified detoxi.fication clinical efficacy of treatment of diabetic foot. Methods ： 60 patients with diabetic foot patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases of 30 patients, two groups of the same basic treatment, detoxification treatment group myogenic flavored cream local application of gauze in the control group plus local application of regular insulin sensitive antibiotic gauze. Results ： The cure rate and total effective rate was 73.3% and 93.3% in the control group were 23.3% and 66.7%, the two groups were statistically significant （P^0.05）; in the treatment of time, the treatment group of 30 Basically, the patients were valid for 30 days, while the control group after 90 days in the observation of only 20 cases were effective. Conclusion ： Modified myogenic detoxification treatment of diabetic foot cream can improve the cure rate and total effective, flavored cream myogenic detoxification treatment of diabetic foot can shorten the treatment time.
