摘　　要：目的:优选绵茵陈药材提取方法,为其指纹图谱的研究提供依据。方法:采用不同提取方式、提取溶剂、提取时间、提取温度及提取次数对绵茵陈药材化学成分进行提取,并对提取物进行高效液相色谱法检测比较实验。结果:以甲醇-水(20/80,V/V)为溶剂,75℃回流1.5 h的提取条件下获得的指纹图谱信息较为丰富,色谱峰数较多,峰值较高。结论:此方法简便、重现性好,可作为绵茵陈药材HPLC指纹图谱的研究基础。Objective：To study the best extraction method and provide tool for the fingerprint of Herba Artemisiae Scopariae. Methods：Different extraction methods, solvents, extraction duration, extraction temperature and extraction times were used to extract chemical components of Herba Artemisiae Scopariae, and the components were comparatively analyzed by HPLC. Results ： The optimal extraction condition were selected as follows：extracted with 20% methanol at 75 ~C for 1 .Sh to obtain abundant chromatographic information with more chromatographic peaks and higher peak value. Conclusion ： This method was simple and convenient with good reproducibility, which can be used for the study of the fingerprint of TCM.
