摘 要:目的:优选绵茵陈药材提取方法,为其指纹图谱的研究提供依据。方法:采用不同提取方式、提取溶剂、提取时间、提取温度及提取次数对绵茵陈药材化学成分进行提取,并对提取物进行高效液相色谱法检测比较实验。结果:以甲醇-水(20/80,V/V)为溶剂,75℃回流1.5 h的提取条件下获得的指纹图谱信息较为丰富,色谱峰数较多,峰值较高。结论:此方法简便、重现性好,可作为绵茵陈药材HPLC指纹图谱的研究基础。Objective:To study the best extraction method and provide tool for the fingerprint of Herba Artemisiae Scopariae. Methods:Different extraction methods, solvents, extraction duration, extraction temperature and extraction times were used to extract chemical components of Herba Artemisiae Scopariae, and the components were comparatively analyzed by HPLC. Results : The optimal extraction condition were selected as follows:extracted with 20% methanol at 75 ~C for 1 .Sh to obtain abundant chromatographic information with more chromatographic peaks and higher peak value. Conclusion : This method was simple and convenient with good reproducibility, which can be used for the study of the fingerprint of TCM.
