田振国教授治疗老年慢性功能性便秘经验撷菁

摘　　要：慢性功能性便秘是一种临床常见的消化道慢性疾病,本病的主要表现是大便量少、干硬、排出困难或合并一些特殊症状,如长时间用力排便,坠胀感,排便不尽感,甚至于需用手帮助排便,在不使用泻剂的情况下,7天内自发排空粪便不超过两次或长期无便意。中医药对本病的治疗有独到的特色与较好的疗效。笔者有幸师从田振国教授学习,现将其诊治老年慢性功能性便秘的经验总结一二。Chronic functional constipation is a common chronic gastrointestinal disease in clinic. Main manifestations of the disease are less stool, dry hard, difficult or merge some of the special discharge symptoms, such as long hard bowel movements, heavy feeling, poor stool and even need hand to help bowel movement, in the case without laxatives, in 7 days, no more than twice spontaneous emptying faeces or long-term without awareness. Chinese medicine treatment of this disease has unique features and better results. 1 had the honor to learn from Professor TIAN Zhen-guo, his diagnosis and treatment of aged patients with chronic functional constipation were introduced.
