冻结肩中药蒸气浴配合小针刀治疗临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药蒸气浴配合小针刀治疗冻结肩86例临床疗效。方法:将86例冻结肩患者采用单盲法随机分组治疗,治疗组44例,对照组42例。治疗组采用中药蒸气浴配合小针刀治疗,对照组单纯用中药蒸气浴治疗。结果,治疗组痊愈率59.09%,总有效率为95.45%。对照组痊愈率为42.86%,总有效率为80.95%。经统计学处理两组疗效具有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药蒸气浴配合小针刀治疗冻结肩疗效显著。Objective ： To observe clinical curative effect of Chinese small accupotomology steam bath on treating 86 cases of frozen shoulder. Methods ： 86 cases of frozen shoulder were blinded by a single randomized treatment, the treatment of 44 cases and control 42 cases. The treatment group was given Chinese drugs with small accupotomology steam bath; pure steam bath was used in control group. Result： The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.45% ; of control group was 80.95%. Compared with the two groups, there were significant differences （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Chinese drugs with small aecupotomology steam bath treating frozen shoulder have obvious curative effect.
