仙龙颗粒对佐剂性关节炎大鼠治疗作用及对血清VEGF含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过仙龙颗粒对佐剂性关节炎大鼠的治疗作用及对血清VEGF含量的影响的实验研究,初步探讨其治疗作用机理。方法:48只大鼠随机分为6组:(A)空白对照组,(B)模型组,(C)强的松组,(D)仙龙颗粒小剂量组,(E)仙龙颗粒中剂量组,(F)仙龙颗粒大剂量组。建立佐剂性关节炎大鼠动物模型,分别灌服相应药物,并观察一般形态,连续给药4周后断头取血,测量血清VEGF含量。结果:强的松组、仙龙颗粒大、中剂量组症状改善明显,血清VEGF含量的影响明显降低。结论:仙龙颗粒对佐剂性关节炎大鼠有治疗作用,其降低血清VEGF含量可能是该药治疗类风湿性关节炎机理之一。Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect of Xianlong granule on Adjuvant Arthritis rats and on the level of VEGF in rat serum as well. Methods ： 48 SD rats were divided into 6 groups at random ： （ A ） Blank group, （ B ） Model group, （ C ） Prednisone Acetate group, （ D ） Xianlong granule low-dose group, （ E ） Xianlong granule middle-dose group and （ F ） Xianlong granule high-dose group. After models were successfully made, we gave them the drug accordingly for four weeks, to observe edema degree of arthritis index, then all the rats were killed to determine level of VEGF in serum. Results：The symptoms of the prednisone group, Xianlong particles large and medium dose group were improved obviously, VEGF content in serum is decreased obviously. Conclusion ： Xianlong granule has good therapeutic effect on adjuvant arthritis, its reducing VEGF content in serum may be the treatment mechanism of rheumatoid arthritis.
