注射用阿魏酸钠与木糖醇注射液配伍稳定性考察

摘　　要：目的:考察注射用阿魏酸钠在木糖醇注射液中配伍的稳定性。方法:在室温条件下,分别观察及测定6h内配伍液的外观、pH值及紫外吸光度的变化,并用紫外分光光度法测定配伍液中阿魏酸钠的含量。结果:注射用阿魏酸钠与木糖醇注射液在室温条件下配伍6h内,其外观、pH值、含量和紫外吸收峰形均无明显变化。结论:注射用阿魏酸钠与木糖醇注射液室温下6h内配伍稳定。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the compatible stability of Sodium ferulate for injection with Xylitol injection. METHODS： The appearance, pH value and UV spectra of the mixture were observed after mixing within 6 hours at room temperature. The content of sodium ferulate in the mixture was determined by UV spectrophotometry. RESULTS： There was no evident change in the content, appearance, pH value and UV spectra peak of the mixture within 6 hours at room temperature. CONCLUSION： The mixture of Sodium ferulate for injection and Xylitol injection is stable within 6 hours at room temperature.
