摘　　要：本文从介绍学科馆员制度出发,阐述了当前在高校图书馆建立学科馆员制度的紧迫性,并对高校图书馆建立学科馆员制度的功能和作用以及如何建立学科馆员制度提出了看法和见解。This article embarked from the introduction discipline librarian system, elaborated current in university library establishment discipline librarian system＇s pressing, and how as well as to establish the discipline librarian system to the university library establishment discipline librarian system＇s function and the function to propose the view and the opinion.
