摘　　要：互联网信息网络在现代社会影响越来越大,传播速度和影响面都不可小视。公安机关的形象建设和负面消息的传播极大的影响到公安机关的形象建设,也影响到了公安机关对社会的管理职能实现。In modern society, Internet information network increasingly affects our life, its influence and speed of spreading can＇t be neglected. The spread of positive and negative information about the image of public security organs greatly affects public security organs＇ image construction, and affects public security organs to achieve the social management functions.
