摘  要:卫生技术干部任期考评作为完善医院人才竞争机制和管理体制的跨世纪改革势在必行。实践证明 ,对增强医院发展活力 ,推动医院全面建设和医学科技进步产生了潜在推动作用 ,但仍待深化和完善。文章立足我院任期考评工作实践 ,重点分析了在具体操作中存在的共性问题 ,并针对性地提出了相应对策。It is imperative under the circumstances to practice tenure appraisal of medico technical cadres as a cross century reform to perfect the talent competition mechanism and the management system of hospitals. It has been proven through practice that such appraisal has a potentially promotive effect on intensifying the development vitality, the comprehensive construction and the advancement of science and technology of hospitals. However, such appraisal still remains to be deepened and perfected. Based upon the practice of tenure appraisal in the authors hospital, the paper focuses its discussion on some general problems in the relevant practical operations and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
