九叉树料场特种安全防护技术措施

摘　　要：泸定水电站九叉树堆石料场受外侧高压输变电线塔和村民住房影响。料场爆破时采取草袋、胶带、钢绳网三层覆盖的特种防护措施,以保证线塔和人民生命财产安全。通过16次爆破实践证明,除3次出现险情外,采用的特种安全防护措施均达到良好的效果。Because there are high-voltage transmission line tower and village houses nearby the Jiuchashu yard which provides rockfiU materials to the construction of Luding Dam, the special security measures of taking covering with straw bags, tapes and steel ropes are used to protect line tower and people＇s lives and property. In total sixteen blastings, only three is in a dangerous situation. The practices show that the special security measures are effective.
