摘  要:[目的]观察急进高原对武警战士心脏和血管功能影响,为探讨新兵高原习服提供科学依据。[方法]实验于2008年在成都和拉萨完成。用XXG-E3型自动心血管功能诊断仪记录平原、急进高原d 1、d 3、d 5、d 7心脏和血管功能指标。[结果]①与平原比较,急进高原的d 1、d 3,脉搏速率加快(P﹤0.001),d 3、d 5、d 7搏出量和心搏指数减少(P﹤0.01),d 5、d 7心脏指数减少(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.001),d 7心输出量减少(P﹤0.001),d 5、d 7有效循环血量减少(P﹤0.001),d 3、d 7心肌血流灌注量减少(P﹤0.001),心肌耗氧指数、心肌耗氧量、心搏功指数、心肌血流需要量的差别均无统计学意义。②与平原比较,急进高原d 5、d 7,脉搏压减小,d 3、d 7血管顺应度、血管弹性系数、主动脉排空系数减小(P﹤0.001,P﹤0.05),d 3、d 5、d 7总外周阻力、标准周阻增大(P﹤0.001,P﹤0.05),肺动脉阻力、肺动脉压的变化差异无统计学意义。[结论]急进高原心脏功能的变化主要为心率加速和搏出量减少;对血管的影响主要是增加体循环外周阻力。[Objective]To observe the influence of rush entry into plateau on cardiovascular function in recruit of the Chinese people's armed police forces,to provide science evidence on altitude acclimatization of recruits.[Methods]The experiment was carried out in Chengdu(about 500 m above sea level)and Lhasa(about 3 680 m above sea level).The functional parameters were detected with XXG-E3 cardiovascular function diagnostic unit at plain on the 1st,3rd,5th,7th days after rush entry into plateau.[Results]① Compared to plain,pulse velocity speeded up(P﹤0.001)at the 1st,3rd days after rush entry into plateau,stroke volume and stroke index decreased(P﹤0.001)at the 3rd,5th,7th days after rush entry into plateau,cardiac index decreased(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.001)at the 5th,7th days after rush entry into plateau,cardiac output decreased(P﹤0.001)at the 7th day after rush entry into plateau,effect circulation volume decreased(P﹤0.001)at the 5th,7th days after rush entry into plateau,myocardial blood flow priming volume decreased(P﹤0.001)at the 3rd,7th days after rush entry into plateau.The changes of oxygen consumption index,myocardial oxygen consumption,stroke work index,myocardial blood flow required volume were not statistically significant.②Compared to plain,pulse pressure decreased(P﹤0.001)at the 5th,7th days after rush entry into plateau,conformance of blood vessel,blood vessel elasticity coefficient,aorta empty coefficient decreased(P﹤0.001,P﹤0.05)at the 3rd,7th days after rush entry into plateau,total peripheral resistance,standard peripheral resistance(P﹤0.001,P﹤0.05)increased at the 3rd,5th,7th days after rush entry into plateau.Changes of pulmonary artery resistance,pulmonary arterial pressure were not statistically significant.[Conclusion]Increase of pulse velocity and decrease of stroke volume are major changes in cardiac function during rush entry into plateau,and increase of total peripheral resistance is a major change in blood vessel function during ru
