自贡市2007年度医疗机构法定传染病网络直报漏报情况回顾性调查

摘　　要：[目的]分析自贡市2007年度医疗机构传染病网络直报漏报率及其报告质量,为政府部门制定传染病防制措施提供科学依据。[方法]采取抽样调查的方式对全市不同地区、不同级别的93所医疗机构进行法定传染病网络直报情况回顾性调查分析。[结果]2007年自贡市医疗机构传染病总漏报率为0.62%。不同级别医疗机构均存在传染病漏报,其漏报率的差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。除急诊部外,其余科室亦存在传染病漏报,但其漏报率的差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。存在漏报的病种有:淋病、病毒性肝炎、肺结核、痢疾、流行性腮腺炎。传染病报告卡填写完整率为91.06%、准确率为89.29%、一致率为98.29%。[结论医疗机构传染病报告仍存在漏报,应采取综合措施进一步加强传染病疫情报告管理工作。[Objective]To estimate the actual prevalence situation of notifiable infectious disease and the reporting quality,offer scientific countermeasures to prevent and control infectious diseases for the government.[Methods]Retrospective study was used to sample 93 medical institutions of different areas and different levels to carry out notifiable infectious disease net reporting retrospectively.[Results]The overall missing report rate was 0.62% in Zigong in 2007.All of the medical institutions at different levels had missing report infectious diseases,and the rates were significantly different（P﹤0.05）.Every departments had unreported cards except emergency department,but the rates of missing report were not significantly different（P﹥0.05）.The missing reports about infectious diseases were gonorrhea,hepatitis,tuberculosis,dysentery and epidemic parotitis.The completeness rate of reporting card filling was 91.06%,the accuracy rate was 89.29%,and the consistent rate was 98.29%.[Conclusion]Notifiable infectious diseases are still missing to report in different medical institutions of Zigong,comprehensive measures should be taken to strengthen the management of the reporting rate in the future.
