摘 要:[目的]观察和比较通过不同途径注入植物凝集素后昆明白小鼠淋巴细胞的转化率,已期为相关应用提供依据。[方法]采用口服、腹腔注射、皮下注射、肌肉注射和阴道注入5种方法给予植物凝集素。剂量为4 mg(PHA)/只/22~25 g b.w。72 h后直接取血涂片,瑞氏染液染色后油镜观察各种淋巴细胞的比例,以此计算整体淋巴细胞的转化率。[结果]口服、腹腔注射、皮下注射、肌肉注射和阴道注入各组平均转化率分别为17%、36%、39%、47%、24%。[结论各实验组与对照组的转化率之间有显著差异。整体淋巴细胞的转化率与不同给药方式有关系。几种给药方式相比,肌肉注射引起的淋巴细胞转化率最高,口服组的转化率相对较低。[Objective]To observe and comparative lymphocyte transformation rate after administration of PHA by different ways.It will benefit to practical use or clinical treatment.[Methods]PHA had been administrated by oral,i.p,i.m,i.s and injection into vagina of mice.The dose of PHA was 4mg/22-25g body weight.Blood samples were collected from tail vein 72 hours after administration of PHA.[Results]Observation and recording were made after treatment by Wright's and Gimersa's dye.Lymphocyte transformation rates of whole blood were calculated.The mean transformation rate of lymphocytes by oral,i.p,i.m,i.s and injection into vagina were 17%,36%,39%,47% and 24% respectively.[Conclusion]There are significant differences in lymphocyte transformation rate in different administrations of PHA and control group.The highest transformation rate is obtained by i.m and the lowest is found in oral administration.
