摘　　要：[目的]对2009年青海省法定报告传染病疫情网络直报质量现状进行评价,为今后进一步提高网络直报工作质量提供科学依据。[方法]查阅"国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统"中的2009年青海省法定报告传染病报告卡的质量统计模块数据,根据《传染病疫情网络直报系统质量评价指标及统计规则》进行质量综合评价与分析。[结果]2009年青海省医疗机构平均及时报告率为90.46%,县区级疾病预防控制中心平均及时审核率为96.74%,重卡率为0.26%,县(区)零缺报率为13.77%。[结论2009年青海省法定报告传染病疫情网络直报质量总体情况不是很理想,医疗卫生机构的报告及时性和县区级疾病预防控制中心的审核、查重及时性需要进一步提高。[Objective]To evaluate the network report quality of infectious diseases in Qinghai Province in 2009,so as to improve the quality of network report and provide a scientific basis for future work.[Methods]The data in national disease surveillance information reporting management system and the quality of statistics module were assessed according to infectious disease control and reporting system quality evaluation and statistic rules.[Results]The average timely report rate of medical institutions in Qinghai Province in 2009 was 90.46%,the average review rate of country level CDCs was 96.74%,the repeated report rate was 0.26%,the zero report rate was 13.77%.[Conclusion]The reporting quality of infectious diseases network is not very satisfactory in Qinghai Province in 2009,the timely report and review as well as check at country level CDCs need to be improved.
