摘 要:[目的]探讨应用超声心动图和血浆B-型钠尿肽(B-type natriuretic peptide,BNP)水平诊断高血压心功能受损。[方法]选择门诊及住院高血压患者150例,将其中心脏超声示左室肥厚、血浆BNP水平≥100 pg/ml者70例归为A组;左室肥厚、血浆BNP﹤100 pg/ml者80例归为B组;另选健康检查50人作对照(C组)。空腹抽血测血浆BNP浓度,心脏彩超检测左室厚度及左室舒张功能。[结果]A、B两组超声心动图显示左室肥厚及左室舒张功能的测值无显著差异,但A、B组显著高于C组(P﹤0.01)。3组间的血浆BNP水平差异显著。[结论超声心动图结合血浆BNP水平能准确判断高血压患者心脏功能受损情况。[Objective]To explore the effect of integration of echocardiographs and plasma B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)on diagnosis left ventricular diastolic dysfunction of hypertension.[Methods]All the 150 patients were divided into groups.The group A(n = 70)accepted echocardiography showed left ventricular hypertrophy and plasma BNP levels﹥100(pg/ml).The others(n = 80)accepted echocardiography showed left ventricular hypertrophy and plasma BNP levels was ﹤100(pg/ml)were arranged into group B.Another(n = 50)healthy cases were classified into control group C.[Results]There were no significant difference of the left ventricular hypertrophy and left ventricular diastolic function in group A and B.But the plasma BNP levels were significantly different in group A,B and C(P﹤0.01).[Conclusion]Echocardiography combined with plasma BNP can more accurately determine left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with essential hypertension.
