摘 要:介绍了我国及世界一些主要产煤国瓦斯灾害防治及煤层气开发的现状,针对我国煤层多属低透率高可塑性的特点,提出了实现我国煤层气规模化、商业化开发利用的设想,并建议国家对煤层气资源开发实行优扶政策,以使我国煤矿瓦斯灾害得到有效地控制,让更多的高瓦斯突出矿井甩掉包袱,步入安全、高效的发展轨道。This paper described the prevention and control of gas hazard and the present status of exploitation of coal seam gas in China and other main coal-producing countries, raised the idea to realize large-scale and commercialized exploitation and utilization of coal seam gas in accordance with the characteristics of low permeability and high plasticity of most coal seams in China, and suggested that the state should give special consideration for the exploitation of coal seam gas resource, so as to make gas hazard under effective control and let more high gassy mines get the load off their back and go onto the safe and efficient development track.
