摘　　要：以博客和微博为代表的Web 2.0技术令公共外交实践突破了时间与空间的限制,公共外交资源在灵活且低成本的虚拟平台上得到了有效整合。本文以美国驻华使馆的博客和微博为研究对象,通过文本分析和访谈,一方面探讨了美国"公共外交2.0"战略在华的落地情况,另一方面分析了Web 2.0技术对公共外交传播主体、收受主体和传播模式的影响。Web 2.0 technologies represented by blogging and micro-blogging have helped public diplomacy practices break through the limitations in terms of time and space. Public diplomacy resources have been effectively integrated on the virtual platforms which are flexible and affordable. This paper studies the blogs and micro-blogs of US Embassy in Beijing with the methods of textual analysis and interview, and it discusses the landing of US ＂Public Diplomacy 2.0＂ strategy in China and analyzes the impact of Web 2.0 technologies on the communicator, the targeted audience as well as the communication model.
