摘  要:对游动放线菌(Actinoplanes sichuanensissp.nov.)03-723菌株发酵产物中的95-1成分进行分离纯化与结构鉴定。采用乙酸乙酯萃取,硅胶柱层析、半制备HPLC等方法,对获得的95-1组分进行理化性质、UV、MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR等数据分析及活性测定。结果:从03-723发酵产物中分离得到95-1,纯度达100%。经理化性质及波谱分析,确定95-1为Nb-乙酰色胺,其对PDF酶和E.faecium19434菌株有较弱的抑制作用和抗菌活性。结论:首次从游动放线菌03-723的发酵产物中分离纯化到Nb-乙酰色胺。To isolate,purify and identify active component 95-1 extracted from fermentation broth ofActinoplanes sichuanensis 03- 723. Methods The fermentation mycelia of strain 03-723 were soaked acetone and extracted acetic ether. Column chromatography of silica gel and semi-prep HPLC were used for purification of 95-1.95-1 was identified respectively by physicochemical properties, UV, MS, 1H-NMR, 13 C-NMR analysesetc. The inhibitory activity on PDF was determined by high throughput fluorescence detection and antibacterial activity was determined by K-B method. Results 95-1 was isolated from the fermentation broth of 03-723 and its purity reached 100%. Through physico-chemical properties and spectral analyses,95-1 was identified asNb-Acetyltryptamine. It has weak inhibitory activity on PDF and antibacterial activities againstE, faecium19434. Conclusions It was the first time thatNb-Acetyltryptamine was isolated from the strain of Actinoplanes.
