摘  要:目的探讨三嗪类除草剂西玛津对本地种中华大蟾蜍生存和性腺发育的毒性。方法将中华大蟾蜍从发育的第30期开始染毒不同浓度(0.1、1.0、10.0、100.0μg/L)的西玛津。染毒69 d后每组解剖10只,取性腺做组织学观察;剩余染毒至变态结束(3个月)。染毒期间,每天记录蝌蚪的生长发育情况和死亡情况。结果 100.0μg/L染毒组的死亡率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);体重、体长、尾长在各组之间均无统计学差异;各染毒组在实验结束时仍有蝌蚪未完成变态;性别比没有明显差别;染毒组卵巢组织和睾丸组织出现结构改变,个别性腺发育迟缓。结论本研究条件下的西玛津对中华大蟾蜍生长和性腺发育有一定的影响。Objective To research the toxicity of herbicide simazine to the survival and gonadal development of Bufo bufo gargarizans Cantor. Methods Bufo bufo gargarizans Cantor were exposed to simazine (0. 1, 1.0, 10.0 and 100.0 μg/L ) in water from stage 30. After 69 days of exposure, took 10 gonads were taken for histological examination in each group and for the others the exposure lasted to the metamorphosis. During the exposure period, the growth and survival of toads were daily recorded. Results The mortality of the toads at 100.0 μg/L of simazine group was significantly lower. The body weight, stem length, tail length were not significantly different among groups. Simazine induced unfinished metamorphosis in some toads in the exposure groups and induced histological change of testis and ovary to some degree. Conclusion Simazine showed some effects on the growth and gonadal development of Bufo bufo gargarizans Cantor in the present experimental condition.
