摘　　要：本文提出了建立非食品类消费品质量安全监测和预警系统的思路,重点对非食品类消费品质量安全风险评估进行研究,建立了以伤害严重程度和伤害发生概率为二维矩阵的非食品类消费品质量安全风险评估模型。根据该模型建立质量安全风险检测和预警系统,可对非食品类消费品的质量安全状况进行有效监测,并及时发现重大产品安全隐患,保障消费者的人身和财产安全。This paper proposed the thinking of establishing the monitoring and alert system for the quality and safety risk of non-food products, mainly studied the quality and safety risk assessment of non-food products, and established the quality and safety risk assessment model of non-food products based on a two-dimen- sional matrix. The two dimensions of this matrix are the severity degree of related injury and its probability. Based on this model, the monitoring and alert system can be used to monitor the quality and safety conditions of non-food products and detect significant product safety hazards timely, thus protecting the person and property safety of consumers.
