摘  要:在22~28℃条件下,分别用0.00,1.00,2.00,3.00和4.00 g.L-1尿素水溶液浇灌培养棉苗至3叶1心,然后在人工气候箱内进行(15±1)℃/(5±1)℃(昼/夜)低温处理3 d,研究了棉苗生长恢复及生理变化情况.结果表明,无氮处理棉苗抗低温能力差,受低温胁迫伤害严重,表现可溶性糖含量低,SOD和CAT活性下降,MDA大量积累;在常温恢复期,MDA含量下降缓慢,棉苗恢复生长差;而施氮各处理棉苗抗低温能力明显提高,表现可溶性糖含量大幅增加,SOD和CAT活性明显提高,MDA含量增加幅度低且下降快,棉苗恢复生长快,其中以3.00 g.L-1浇灌培养的棉苗可溶性糖含量最高,SOD和CAT活性提高幅度最大,MDA积累增幅最小,恢复生长最快.Cotton seedlings were planted in artificial climate chamber under 5 nitrogen levels(0.00, 1.00,2.00,3.00 and 4.00 g · L^-1) at temperature of 22 ℃ to 28 ℃. During the stage of three- leaves-one-bud, lower temperatures with (15 ± 1 )℃/(5 ± 1 )℃ (day/night) was imposed on for three days and then recovered to investigate the growth and physiological responses. The results were as follows the cotton seedlings applied 0.00 g · L^-1 nitrogen exhibited a poor tolerance to the low temperatures stress. Their SOD and CAT activity and the content of soluble sugar were the lowest, and the content of MDA the brighest. During recovering period, their SOD and CAT activity increased, the content of MDA decreased, and the p treatments; cotton seedlings treated with t growth recovered. But it was slower than that of the other nitrogen fertilizer showed a tolerance to the low temperature stress, the content of soluble sugar increased and the SOD and CAT activity increased, the content of MDA declined rapidly and cotton plants growth recovered more quickly during the recovering period. By comprehensive comparison of the hypothermic tolerant abilities of cotton seedlings of all the treatment, appling 3.00 g · L^-1 nitrogen showed the best resuhs.
