摘 要:设计了一种新型折流式柱形气液分离器,应用计算流体力学(CFD)方法模拟了折流式柱形分离器和普通柱形分离器的内部流场,对比了两种分离器流场的速度矢量分布、液相体积分数分布和湍流耗散速率分布,并通过冷模实验对两种分离器的分离性能及影响因素进行了考察,实验结果与CFD模拟结果吻合很好,验证了利用数值模拟方法考察气液分离器分离性能的可行性与准确性.分析结果表明,设计的折流式柱形分离器的压降略大于普通柱形分离器,具有分离效率高、操作弹性范围大的优点.A new type of gas-liquid cylindrical separator with baffle inside was designed, and the CFD method was used to simulate the flow fields of new cylindrical separator and the general cylindrical separator. The properties of these two kinds of separator were compared, such as distribution of velocity vector, liquid volume fraction and turbulent dissipation rate. Meanwhile, to investigate the performance and influencing factors of the two separators, experiments were carried out under the condition of cold model. It is revealed that the experimental data is in good agreement with the simulation results, which verified the feasibility and correctness of the numerical simulation method. Analysis results also show that, though the pressure drop of the new type separator was a little higher than that of the general one, the new type of gas-liquid cylindrical separator has the advantages of high separation efficiency and broad operating conditions, which is of great value to the modification and industrial application of the gas-liquid separator.
