摘 要:研究了不同母岩岩性对机制砂自身特性及其配制的机制砂混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:不同岩性的机制砂在表观密度、堆积密度、细度模数、石粉含量及微观结构等物性差异较大。不同岩性机制砂对C50混凝土的工作性影响明显,形貌和级配差异是导致工作性下降的原因;玄武岩机制砂混凝土的3 d抗压强度仅为河砂混凝土的61.3%,但28 d龄期时两者接近相同,河砂、石英质机制砂及峨眉山玄武岩机制砂混凝土28 d抗压强度分别为59.2、58.5、60.8 MPa。It was discussed that the effect of the lithology of parent rocks to their own features of the manufactured sand and on the performance of compressive strength and fluidity of the concrete which made by it.The results show that the apparent density,packing density and fineness modulus, stone powder content and microstructure of the manufactured sand made by different lithology are different.The effect Different litholo- gy manufactured sand for workability of C50 concrete was obvious,the differences of morphology and aggregate grading was the cause of the de- cline in workability;the 3 d compressive strength of Basalt mechanism sand concrete is only 61.3% of the river sands concrete,and it come close to the same when the age of 28 d, 28 d concrete compressive strength for river sands, quartz mechanism sand and emeishan basalt mechanism sand were 59.2,58.5 and 60.8 MPa.
