摘  要:通过掺入缓凝高效减水剂、优化碎石级配、调整胶凝材料组成、添加防裂组分等方式逐步提高或改善混凝土的各项性能,使其符合低碱、抗渗、防裂且便于施工的要求。试验结果表明:通过掺入缓凝高效减水剂可减少单位立方米用水量及降低W/C,提高混凝土的抗压强度及抗渗等级;优化碎石级配可以改善混凝土的泌水;掺入粉煤灰或矿粉可以明显改善混凝土内部结构,提高混凝土的抗渗性能;添加抗裂硅质防水剂与阻裂纤维大大提高了混凝土的抗裂性能。Increased or improved gradually concrete's various properties to meet low-alkali, anti-permeability, anti-crack and convenient to construct by incorporation into set retarding superplasticizer, optimizing macadam gradating, adjusting cementing material composition, adding an- ti-crack component etc.methods.The results showed that it can reduce unilateral water consumption, decrease W/C and increase concrete's com- pressive strength, anti-permeability grade by incorporation into set retarding superplasticizer.By optimizing macadam gradating can improve con- crete's water bleeding.By adding fly ash or ore powder can improve obviously concrete's internal structure and concrete anti-permeability.By adding anti-crack siliceous water-proof agent and fiber can improve concrete's anti-crack performance.
