摘 要:目的研究转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)及β连环蛋白(β-catenin)基因在病理性瘢痕组织中的表达,探讨其在病理性瘢痕发病机制中的作用。方法应用RT-PCR方法检测22例瘢痕疙瘩患者、29例增生性瘢痕患者及18例正常皮肤组织中TGF-β1及β-catenin基因的表达,并进行统计学分析。结果瘢痕疙瘩和增生性瘢痕中TGF-β1及β-catenin基因均呈高表达,与正常皮肤比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但瘢痕疙瘩和增生性瘢痕比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TGF-β/smad和Wnt/β-catenin信号转导通路对病理性瘢痕的形成起到促进作用。Objective To study the gene expression of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) and β-catenin and to explore their effects in pathological scars.Methods RT-PCR techniques were used to detect the gene expression of TGF-β1 and β-catenin in 22 case of keloid,29 cases of hypertrophic scar and 18 cases of normal skin,and statistics was used to analyze the data.Results The gene expression of TGF-β1 and β-catenin in keloid and hypertrophic scar were stronger than that in normal skin and there were significant differences between them(P 0.01).But gene expression was not statistically difference between keloid scar and hypertrophic scar(P 0.05).Conclusion TGF-β/smad and Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway might promote the formation of the pathological scar.
