德国体育场馆管理模式的特点及其启示

摘　　要：德国是当前世界体育较发达的国家之一,体育场馆的建设与管理是其中重要的基础因素之一。研究发现德国的体育场馆管理有着:有力的政策宏观调控;实行有限市场化经营;学校、社区协同开发与管理;自主化管理和通过大众俱乐部实现场馆管理等特点。研究并依据德国体育场馆管理特点和我国国情提出了相应的启示和发展建议。Germany is currently one of the more developer countries in the world, construction and management of sports facilities is an important foundation factor. Through the study of management of stadium, the author finds the following characteristics： First,it has a strong macro - control policy; Second, it carries out a limited market -oriented operation;Third, school and community collaborativly develops and manages. Fourth, it implements self-management and achieves management by volkswagen club. According to feature of management of stadium in Germany and our country conditiong , the author puts forword the corresponding implications and advice.
